Santa Fe Lodge is a 46-bed skilled nursing facility offering semi-private and private rooms. The facility provides care in a secure setting and serves residents under the age of 55. Services are available for residents with psychiatric diagnoses. Structured activities and community outings are offered based on resident participation, and an outdoor patio area is available for scheduled use. Group therapy services are provided as part of the care program.
